In the year 2000 Fairouz dropped one of her masterpieces (Kifak Inta), the song was so majestic and special because it was the reunion of Fairouz with her son Ziad al Rahbani after being with no contact for years. Ziad wrote the lyrics specially for his mother as his form of apologizing for the disagreement that took place when Ziad informed his mother that he will be traveling for work and then she discovered that he went to chase a girl to take her family approval for marriage. The lyrics was real quotations from Fairouz reproach, which made the performance full of emotions.
